The mission of the Technoplex Institute is to identify, combine and utilize existing and potential technological, governmental, industrial, educational and civic resources to establish financially self-sustaining technology-based economic clusters worldwide, with primary technology focus in renewable energy, water, environmental, food supply and industrial processes, and geographic emphasis on communities near rivers, lakes and oceans.
